At SUIII Diecast, ensuring your valuable models reach you safely is our top priority. We operate across India and deliver our collector-grade models directly to you.
Please note that we use external courier services for all deliveries. Therefore, the delivery charges must be paid by you at the time of delivery or as specified by the courier provider's policies.
Direct Pickup
Our team will reach out with our exact pickup location. Schedule a time, present your order ID, and safely collect your diecast model.
Courier Delivery Pan-India
We can ship your order anywhere in India through external courier services. Delivery charges are based on the courier provider and must be paid by you. A team member will contact you regarding charges before confirming.
* Note: Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email/message regardless of the option you choose. Your payment will be verified manually and a team member will contact you to confirm the courier service and delivery charges before finalizing the order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@suiiidiecast.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
We will carefully review your case and arrange a replacement if applicable. We pride ourselves on the quality of our models and packaging, but we are here to help if something goes wrong in transit.
